SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY:

 

Once you place an order, the team at Houston Jackets is dedicated to ensuring the safe and swift delivery of your desired outfit.

 

Please familiarise yourself with our policies to ensure a seamless shipment experience:

 

  • We offer Free shipping to our customers who reside in the USA, UK and Canada.  
  • The estimated delivery time for your order ranges from a minimum of 10 working days to a maximum of 14 working days.
  • Our working days are from Monday to Friday.
  • With strategically located warehouses worldwide, we can expedite the delivery process.
  • We collaborate with reliable shipping partners such as DHL, FedEx, sky-net, and USPS. If you’re unavailable at the time of delivery, you can directly liaise with the designated courier company to reschedule.
  • We kindly ask our valued customers to provide complete and accurate shipping details, including a valid email address, to facilitate smooth delivery to your designated address.
  • For added peace of mind, we can furnish you with a photo of your product prior to dispatch.
  • Due to certain circumstances beyond our control, we regretfully cannot ship to Russia, Israel, Iran, Iraq, Brazil, India, OFAC, and Sanctioned Countries. Rest assured, we are actively addressing this issue.
  • Upon dispatch, you will receive a tracking code for your product, along with the dispatch date and expected delivery date. It’s important to keep an eye on this code and stay updated with regular notifications.
  • If, despite multiple rescheduled delivery attempts, you’re unable to receive your order, there’s a possibility the courier company may dispose of your parcel. In such cases, we cannot assume responsibility.
  • For orders placed simultaneously, we endeavour to ship them together in one parcel. However, if customization is required for one item, we may need to split the shipments.
  • Upon receiving your payment, we’ll promptly notify you via email at sales@houstonjackets.com.
  • To safeguard the privacy and security of our esteemed customers, we refrain from delivering to the following addresses: FPO, PO Box, and APO.
  • We kindly request you to provide your signature as confirmation upon receipt of your order.

 

POLICY REGARDING URGENT SHIPPING:

 

While we do offer urgent/expedite shipping, please note that it will still take 6-8 working days and is subject to a $35 charge. Your product will be delivered to your specified address on the day you’ve indicated.

 

Free delivery is available to the USA, UK, and Canada. For all other countries, there will be a nominal charge. Remote areas in all countries will incur an additional fee.
